COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATE
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides administrative support for Community Services Unit. Provides administrative support to grant-funded programs including record keeping and reports. Produces monthly administrative reports for analysis. Serves as a departmental timekeeper for staff and volunteers. Manages inventory of all supplies and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years administrative assistant experience with 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience. Ability to provide exceptional customer service skills towards internal/external clients, as well as provide a team-oriented environment for a diverse volunteer base. Must have demonstrated interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills. Computer skills using Microsoft business products and the ability to learn and use appropriate data management software are required.

CORPORATE SALES OFFICER
POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for developing marketing, promotional, sales and revenue strategies for Red Cross classes and products. this position supervises the activities of the Corporate Sales Unit and is responsible for product sales. This position is also key to providing support to the sales and marketing function of the organization and ensuring the delivery of classes and products to customers. This position provides sales support on special Corporate Accounts to ensure that established revenue goals Child Care in the workplace Work Place and Service Center Class programs are achieved. This position also provides the lead with the Together We Prepare program in the workplace. Responsible for the development of systems and business processes for NAA programs and services. Supports the Marketing and Sales manager in the development of goals and objectives, policies, procedures and operating standards. Supports the Account Management Program through the management of a personal portfolio of accounts and through tracking and monitoring support.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business or Marketing. Minimum of three years in planning, marketing and service oriented programs. Call center supervisory experience a plus. Must have demonstrated interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills. Computer skills using Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and use appropriate data management software are required.

HEALTH SPECIALIST I
POSITION SUMMARY Conducts and delivers health courses, CPR Workshops and screening programs for business, industry and other contractual clients. Makes logistical arrangements to provide the materials and supplies for the courses or programs including Child Care in the workplace. Maintains and protects equipment and completes the appropriate records and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma plus some post high school education required. Current Red Cross Instructional authorization preferred. Minimum of six months teaching experience required preferably in adult education or training. Good public speaking and presentation skills are essential. Some programs require specialized knowledge and/or health background. The ability to lift 50 pounds is required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required.
DAYS/HOURS Days and hours vary, some weekends required. 20-25 hrs per week max

MAJOR GIFTS OFFICER
POSITION SUMMARY: The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of major gifts for a diverse portfolio of current and potential supporters, including corporations, foundations and social and service groups with a primary emphasis on individuals. The Major Gifts Officer advises the Director of Major Gifts, Management Team, Board Members & Volunteers on matters related to major gift solicitations on the major gift level, particularly in solicitations involving board members. The Major Gifts Officer coordinates funding requests to major donors and provides support to major donor events. Depending on the goals, the Major Gift Officer may have additional fundraising responsibility for cause-related marketing and third-party special event contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years major gifts fundraising experience.
Experience : Must possess excellent interpersonal and oral/written communications skills. Ability to develop and implement fund raising strategies. Proficiency with MS Office required. Raiser's Edge experiences a plus.
Other : Self-starter with good time-management skills with proven track record of meeting goals. Ability to work well with and to recruit and train funders, volunteers and staff. Travel when required.

MARKETING AND SALES OFFICER
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for developing and managing sales and marketing programs that generate revenue from the sale of NAA classes and certification classes, products and materials. This position is also responsible for developing business plans, sales forecasting and pricing. Other duties of this position include managing the customer service function and the call center.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing required and MBA in Marketing preferred. Minimum of 5 years of strong sales and marketing experience. Proven track record in sales and developing marketing strategies. Must have demonstrated interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills using Microsoft business products and the ability to learn and use appropriate data management software a plus. Strong team approach and outlook.

SERVICE ASSOCIATE III
POSITION SUMMARY Under the general direction of the Manager of Preparedness and Education, this position is responsible for the administrative and operational support for the Office and for the overall day to day management of the functions of the General Service Assistant, Office Volunteers, and front office business matters.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in office administration. 60 wpm typing with proficiency in Microsoft Office 97, with knowledge of Outlook and ability to quickly learn other computer programs. Proven ability to set and achieve goals. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task multiple priorities and responsibilities in a fast paced office. Dependable, good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent planning, organizational and customer service skills. Candidate must have ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.

YOUTH SPECIALIST
POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Youth Services department and in collaboration with all other services, ensures delivery of NAA programs targeted at youths. Manages Youth Services and other projects within service area. Engages Youths in all aspects of NAA service Delivery to the community. Ensures outreach to underserved and targeted youth markets in assigned areas. Identifies and implements grant and other revenue-generating opportunities for NAA products, programs and services.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or minimum of two or more years work experience in program or project management or classroom/training setting. A minimum of two years supervisory skills.
